Amber Furby, BCBA, LBA Owner & Clinical Director
Amber is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst, currently residing in Savannah, Georgia. She has been working with individuals with developmental delays for over 15 years. She first found her passion for serving the DD community as a child when she attended recreational activities with her autistic cousin. She went on to work as an aid at that same recreational community center. She received her undergraduate degree in Special Education from Aurora University. She received her graduate degree in Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Amber has been providing services as a BCBA to children with autism and their families since 2019, servicing the Maryland and Washington D.C. area. She continued practicing after a move to Savannah, Georgia in 2020 and started Aurora Behavior Services in 2023. Amber also sits on the Georgia Behavioral Analysts Licensure Board.
Lindsey Bailey, BCBA Senior BCBA
Lindsey is a Board Certified and licensed Behavior Analyst who is passionate about supporting children and families in Chatham County and the surrounding areas. She has spent more than 15 years working with individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including medical care, direct support, and nonprofit organizations. Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott University. Since 2014, she has been dedicated to the field of behavior analysis and has been providing BCBA services to families since 2020.
Mary Grace Buckley, M.S. RBT Lead RBT and Case Manager
Mary-Grace has been in the field of behavior analysis since 2021, serving as a Registered Behavior Technician, trainer, and case manager. Mary-Grace began her behavior analytic journey while progressing through her undergraduate degree. She graduated from Georgia Southern University- Armstrong in spring 2022, with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a concentration in behavior analysis. Mary-Grace recently completed her graduate degree at Georgia Southern University- Armstrong, with a Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis in May 2025. She is currently working toward her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and gaining experience as a case manager by assisting during assessments and intakes, training staff and caregivers, and collaborating with stakeholders in and out of the behavior analytic field.
Mary-Grace is dedicated to providing the best behavior analytic services by assessing and observing, supporting clients and families, and creating individualized treatment plans and goals for each person seeking services
Kyana Johnson, RBT Lead RBT and Case Manager
Kyana Johnson holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies. This combined education, along with her 5 years of experience, informs her approach as a Case Manager and Lead RBT. She is responsible for helping to oversee cases, developing treatment plans, and training clinical staff. Kyana is focused on creating a lasting impact, specializing in early intervention and promoting strong social skill development for clients and their families.
Thalia Recher, RBT Lead RBT and Office Manager
Thalia has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2022 and is proud to serve as Clinic Manager. She graduated from North Carolina State University in 2023 with a degree in Psychology and is now pursuing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue Global while working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is passionate about supporting children and their families, creating a positive and welcoming environment, and helping each child reach their fullest potential.
